I consider Graffiti as an art...but in a more obscene art. Graffiti art is used to represent where your from, or who you are. Some graffiti I don't consider art. For instance, obscene pictures that have no purpose or representation of anything what so ever. Graffiti is more a city art, than a professional art. What I mean by city art is it represents the city some how. Whether its a part of a city. An area or a neighborhood to which the artist is from. Or to put it plainly, it is someone from the city. Also another point to look at, is graffiti can never be taken to another place. Graffiti is made to stay in that stop, and not made to travel around the world or put in different places. It is made for others to see in that spot where it was designed.
